涙が止まらなかった。チベット僧侶、パルデン・ギャツォ氏の人生を中心としたドキュメンタリー映画で、NY在住の日本人監督の作品です。個人の資質もあるにせよ、あのような人物が育つ、本当に強く豊かな文化と信仰の歴史がチベットにはあったのだろうと思いました。渋谷のuplinkという映画館で上映されています。
I couldn't stop crying. It was the documentary movie about a Tibetan monk, Mr. Palden Gyatso directed by NY based film director, Makoto Sasa. His strength and compassion is far beyond my imagination. I couldn't help thinking how the Tibetan buddhism culture and history is rich and strong to cultivate such a spirit like him.
