昨日はヴァイオリンの会田桃子さんとの初duoでした。会田さんの曲！！すごく美しく、絵や感情が浮き出てくる音楽で大好きになりました。楽しかった！！私の持って行った譜面もなんだか面白い事になって、すごくワクワクしました。またやりたいなーーー！！最近マイブームの武満徹さんの曲、"小さな空"を会田さんの歌で演奏しました。会田さん、歌も素晴らしい。楽器と歌の境目がない感じですごくすてきだなー、と心から思いました。現代曲、映画音楽をたくさん書かれた武満さんが作詞、作曲のこの曲。あらためて作曲家としての多面性に魅力を感じています。どの曲もつよく個性がある。譜面として２ページの曲も一冊の本になるようなスコアのオーケストラの曲も全部同じくらい強い。おもしろい。
I played with a wonderful violin player, Ms. Momoko Aida, yesterday, at "in F", Oizumi-gakuen, Tokyo yesterday.I really love her original songs that we played together. Each song has particular vision and flows of emotion, and I really enjoyed to dive into the world which the song itself have. We also played the song called "small sky" composed by Mr. Toru Takemitsu. He's famous with his classical contemporary music, but otherwise he wrote such a simple, but beautiful popular song. It's really interesting to think about his dual personalities on his music.
