We’ll have “café” style English conversation class on Friday, jan. 2 , 2024 with Ms. Taneisha Newland from Jamaica at Kenshinn-Gakuin(Japanese tutoring school for kids), 2 minutes walk from Nakagawara Station, Keio Line.
Number of students in the class will be 3 to 4, and Taneisha will attend as a main teacher, Momo, will be there as an assistant who help to communicate between students and Taneisha. So, 5 or 6 people are maximum. It’s pretty small and cozy setting to talk with.
Kenshinn gakuin is located close to close Nakagawara Station, Keio Line.
The classrooms are on the 3rd floor and have plenty of sunlight from big windows.
We’ll talk mainly in English in the class, but we don’t have any requirement of skills of speaking English or high level of English knowledge. Participants of all levels are welcome to the class. Our purpose is using English to communicate with people, so we don’t treat complicated grammar or highly sophisticated phrases or words. We want the participants to feel free to express their feelings with vocabulary that they already knew.
We don’t serve any drinks or foods, but please feel free to bring your own drinks, maybe hot one for cold season in Jan.
The participants with infants and toddlers are very welcomed to the class. Please let us know about it when you contact to us.
We hope this “café” will be the place that has the chance to meet new people regardless of age, gender or nationality.
