梅ジャム

梅干しではじいた梅でつくったジャム。美味しい。この時期酸っぱいものを体が欲しているような。今日はレッスン。アレンジは道半ば。スコンとどこかがはずれそうではずれない。鳴らない音がある。
I made plum jam, Japanese plum same one as for "Umeboshi"(Japanese plum pickles). In this humid weather, my body somehow wants something sour and fresh, and Ume(Japanese plum) is the one I most preferred. I'm still doing arrangement of Toyama's folk song. There's a way still to go...
