ある方にお勧めされた、エリス レジーナさんの”或る女”というアルバムを聴きました。なんだ、この音楽は！なんだか、すごいスケールが大きい歌で、頭の中をぐるぐる回っています。気持ちのよい音楽でした。ブラジルってどんなところなんだろうか？興味がわいてきました。
昨日は、帰国以来ずっと続けているあるダウン症候群の子供達の会のための”絵本と音楽”という、絵本を読んでそれに音をつけていく企画で神奈川に行ってきました。毎回、いろいろな事を学ばせてもらっています。いろいろな苦労とかあるのだろうと思うので迂闊なことは言えない、とは思うのですが、いつも本当に彼らの自由さに圧倒されてはっとして、帰ってきます。ヨガのクラスで心とは意識と思いでできている、というお話を最近聞いたのですが、思いの部分がすごく澄んでいる気がします。元気をもらった！！

I was listening the album called "Elis, essa mulher" by brazilian singer, Ms. Elis Regina. The music was so strong and I was so fascinated by it. I don't know so much about Brazil, but the now I'm interested in the country which such a music was born.
Yesterday, I went to Kanagawa prefecture to play with reading picture book for a small association of children of Down's syndrome. I've been there sevral times since I came back to Japan, and they always make me think how my mind is not free.
I can imagine that it's hard to live in this society with Down's syndrome, but, I can say, even though they sometime should face the difficulty to survive in this world, they're the gifted child with free mind. Every time I learned a lot from them and they gave me a lot of energy. I appreciate it pretty much.
